Terms of Service

DJBETTING CO provides sports commentary, analysis, and selections for informational and entertainment purposes only. We are not a sportsbook, do not accept or place wagers, and do not guarantee winnings.
1. Operator and acceptance
DJBETTING CO is operated as a New York general partnership (“DJBETTING CO,” “we,” or “us”). By accessing the site or purchasing a membership, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old and legally permitted to access sports-wagering-related information where you live. You are responsible for following all laws and sportsbook rules applicable to you.
3. Informational service only
All picks, opinions, statistics, and commentary are informational. They are not financial advice, a promise of profit, or an instruction to wager. Sporting events are unpredictable, past results do not guarantee future outcomes, and you may lose money when gambling.
4. Membership and billing
When paid memberships open, the price and billing interval shown at checkout will control. Subscriptions automatically renew until canceled. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method on file at each renewal. Taxes may be added when required.
5. Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel before your next renewal to stop future charges. Access continues through the paid billing period unless otherwise stated. Because access to digital membership content begins promptly, completed charges are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where a duplicate or clear billing error occurred. 6. Acceptable use
You may not share, resell, reproduce, scrape, publish, or distribute member-only content; share account credentials; misuse the site; or use our content for unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, chargebacks made in bad faith, or conduct that harms the service or other members.
7. Intellectual property
The DJBETTING CO name, branding, written analysis, graphics, and member content belong to DJBETTING CO or their respective licensors. A membership grants a limited, personal, non-transferable right to view the content during an active subscription.
8. Third-party services
We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any league, team, sportsbook, payment provider, or social platform unless expressly stated. Third-party services have their own terms and may change odds, availability, or access without notice.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJBETTING CO disclaims warranties and is not responsible for wagering losses, lost profits, decisions based on content, interrupted access, or third-party actions. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
10. Governing law and changes
These Terms are governed by New York law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised effective date. Questions may be sent to djbets@djbettingco.com.
