Refund & Cancellation Policy

Canceling a subscription

You may cancel an active membership before the next renewal through the customer billing portal or by contacting djbets@djbettingco.com. Canceling stops future renewal charges. Unless required otherwise, access continues until the end of the period already paid for.

Refunds

Membership fees are generally non-refundable because digital content and member access are made available promptly after purchase. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, clear billing errors, unauthorized transactions reported promptly, or circumstances where a refund is required by law.

No refunds based on results

Sports outcomes are uncertain. A pick losing, odds changing, a game being postponed, or a member deciding not to place a wager does not qualify for a refund. No membership promises winnings or profit.

How to request help

Email djbets@djbettingco.com with the email used for purchase, the charge date, and a short description. Do not email full card or bank numbers. We aim to review billing requests promptly.
